Ministry Identity
Pierced Hearts Ministry exists to accompany those who are suffering and help them encounter Christ in the midst of their pain. Inspired by the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we believe that suffering, when united with Christ, can become a path to grace, healing, and deeper union with God. Our ministry seeks to bring hope, joy, and authentic community to those who feel alone in their struggles by meeting people where they are and walking with them through life’s crosses. Through outreach, speaking, formation, and personal accompaniment, we strive to help people discover that their suffering is not meaningless but can become a place where God works powerfully in their lives. As Venerable Fulton Sheen once said, “Much of the suffering in hospitals is wasted.” Pierced Hearts Ministry exists to ensure that suffering is not wasted, but transformed into an opportunity to encounter Christ and grow in faith, hope, and love.
From My Heart to Theirs
Why I started Pierced Hearts Ministry?
Pierced Hearts Ministry was born out of my own suffering and encounter with God’s mercy. After my accident, I experienced something I can only describe as a miracle a deep, supernatural peace and total trust in God. In the hospital, I felt the presence of Jesus and the protection of Our Blessed Mother in a way that transformed my life completely. But as I looked around, I realized that many others didn’t experience that same grace. There were so many people suffering in silence people who didn’t know how to see their pain as a gift or how to unite it with Christ.
That’s when I knew God was calling me to something greater. I wanted to bring that same peace, love, and hope to others especially those who are struggling to find meaning in their suffering. Pierced Hearts Ministry exists to remind every person who is hurting that they are not alone, that their pain is not wasted, and that through Jesus and Mary, suffering can become the most beautiful path to joy and holiness.
Our Patrons.
Our patrons are chosen because they reflect the heart of our mission bringing Christ’s love, hope, and joy to those who are suffering. We ask for their intercession as we serve those in need, trusting that through their prayers, our ministry may touch hearts, bring healing, and lead souls closer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
